About Kripton Recovery
We assess and, where feasible, restore access to cryptocurrency wallets for the people who own them. This page describes our scope and our limits rather than making claims we cannot evidence.
What we do
We provide remote wallet-access assessment and recovery-related technical assistance internationally. The work is identifying the wallet format, establishing exactly which credential is missing, and determining whether the surviving information constrains the search enough for recovery to be realistic.
Most of the value is delivered before any computation starts. An honest assessment tells you whether recovery is worth pursuing at all. Some cases may turn out to involve configuration, access or backup issues rather than complete credential loss, and those need no paid work.
How cases are evaluated
Every case is reviewed individually before any recovery work begins. Nothing is queued into a generic process.
- 1
Case review
You describe the wallet, what happens when you try to open it and which credential is missing. No secrets are involved at this stage.
- 2
Feasibility analysis
We establish the wallet format and how far the surviving information narrows the search — the difference between a constrained problem and an unbounded one.
- 3
Honest answer
You are told whether recovery looks technically feasible, unlikely, or impossible, and why. If it is impossible, we say so and the case ends there.
Security principles
These rules apply to every case and are not negotiable, regardless of the value involved.
- Never send a full seed phrase or recovery phrase — not through the form, email or chat.
- Never send private keys, keystore secrets or an unencrypted wallet export.
- Never send a complete password; describe its structure or fragments instead.
- Assessment needs context, not credentials: wallet type, symptoms, and what still exists.
- Anyone who asks you for a full seed phrase, key or password is not us.
What we do not do
- We do not recover stolen or hacked cryptocurrency, and we do not trace scammers.
- We do not reverse blockchain transactions or retrieve coins sent to a wrong address.
- We do not access wallets on behalf of anyone who is not the verified owner.
- We do not promise guaranteed recovery, publish success percentages we cannot substantiate, or use urgency tactics.
- We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys or wallet passwords through public channels.
International, remote service
Kripton Recovery is a remote practice. Cases are assessed and, where technically possible, worked on remotely, so the country you are in is not itself an obstacle. The site and case correspondence are handled in English, German, French and Spanish.
We deliberately publish no claims about offices, staff numbers, years in business, certifications or recovery statistics, because we do not want visitors to make a decision based on figures they cannot verify. What we do publish is the method, the security rules and the limits.
