Terms of Service
These terms govern use of this website and of recovery assessment requests submitted through it. Detailed contractual terms for paid recovery work are agreed separately, per case.
Scope of service
We provide assessments and, where feasible and agreed, technical recovery work aimed at restoring access to cryptocurrency wallets for their verified owners. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or promise that any specific wallet can be recovered.
We do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and information published here is general rather than case-specific.
Your responsibilities
- You must be the lawful owner of the wallet, or hold documented legal entitlement to it.
- Information you provide about the case and about ownership must be accurate.
- You must not submit secret credentials such as seed phrases, private keys or passwords through this website.
- You are responsible for securing your own devices, backups and any restored funds.
No guarantee of outcome
Recovery feasibility is determined by the information that remains and by the cryptographic properties of the wallet involved. Many cases are not recoverable, and we state this openly rather than encouraging work that cannot succeed. No representation of guaranteed recovery is made anywhere on this site.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from actions you take on your own devices or backups, including data loss caused by third-party tools or by modifying original files before assessment.
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The version published here always applies to new enquiries.
Not sure whether your case is recoverable?
Describe the wallet, what happened and what information you still have. You will get an honest assessment of whether recovery is technically feasible — without sending any secret credentials.
