Contact Us

For wallet access problems, the recovery assessment form is the fastest and safest route: it collects exactly the details needed to classify a case, and nothing secret.

What to include in a first message

  • The wallet software and, if known, the version and approximate year of creation.
  • What exactly happens when you try to access it, including any error message.
  • Which credential is missing: password, seed words, passphrase, or the file itself.
  • What still exists: files, devices, browser profiles, partial phrases, a known address.
  • What you have already tried, so nothing is repeated or made worse.

Contact channels

All case correspondence starts with the recovery assessment form. Submitting it opens a case thread, and any follow-up questions are handled in reply to the contact address you provide there — which keeps the whole exchange in one place and avoids impersonation over public channels.

We do not initiate contact with people who have posted publicly about losing wallet access. If someone approaches you claiming to be us after such a post, it is not us.
