Privacy Policy

This policy describes what we collect through this website, why, and what we deliberately refuse to collect.

Information we collect

Through the recovery assessment form we collect the details you choose to provide about your case: wallet type, the nature of the access problem, which information remains, an optional value range, and the contact details you supply so we can reply.

Standard technical information such as IP address and browser user agent may be processed by our hosting infrastructure for security and abuse prevention.

Information we never ask for

  • Complete seed or recovery phrases.
  • Private keys, keystore files or wallet.dat contents.
  • Wallet passwords or passphrases.
  • Remote access credentials to your devices.

How information is used and retained

Case information is used solely to assess your enquiry and to communicate with you about it. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising profiling.

Case records are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet any applicable legal obligations, then deleted. You may request deletion of your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be made through the contact route published on this site.

Requests about your data — access, correction or deletion — can be made in reply to your case thread, and are actioned on the case record we hold for you.

Not sure whether your case is recoverable?

Describe the wallet, what happened and what information you still have. You will get an honest assessment of whether recovery is technically feasible — without sending any secret credentials.
